This is my favorite record of theirs to date. It doesn't have the heaviness of their other albums, but as someone who leans a little more towards hard rock, that's just fine. Overall I would give it 9/10 stars. 1. More Than Bones 8/10 2. I Don't Believe You 9/10 3. Loneliness 10/10 4. Peace 9/10 5. When the Devil Comes 10/10 6. Time Only Takes 10/10 7. Two Ways 8/10 8. Recuse Myself 8/10 9. Bet My Life 9/10 10. Fear Is Not My Guide 10/10 Some notes: When the Devil Comes is like nothing they've done before, with a swaggering, slightly southern-rock feel. Fear Is Not My Guide is the only true ballad on the album, and the most beautiful song by far.
  • Most underrated band in a long time

These guys shred. It’s a shame they don’t get the recognition they deserve. Both of these new albums are awesome. It’s about time we had some real dudes in metal. I’m tired of all the gimmicks within the genre.

All of the songs on here are fantastic! If you're into softer rock/metal, definitely check this album out!

With Peace, Demon Hunter brings to us their X studio album and I’ll say this right now, if you aren’t a fan of Demon Hunters softer side and more mellow songs you’re gonna want reconsider this one. But if you like all of Demon Hunters styles this album is no slouch and surprisingly holds up very well on its own, when compared to past albums. Reminiscent of songs like “Thorns”, and “Heart of A Graveyard” along with some new sounds we have yet to hear from Demon Hunter this album is a great addition to you’re library. “More Than Bones” is in my opinion the best track however “I Don’t Believe You”, “Loneliness”, “Time Only Takes”, “Two Ways”, and “Bet My Life” are all hauntingly enchanting songs. The only true downside to this album is purely a matter of opinion, at its hardest this album is hard rock, but to those of you where that doesn’t matter you will find that this is absolute beauty and an album you will find yourself enjoying and listening to a lot. Those of you have not gotten the deluxe edition of these albums miss out on an extra song “Tear You Down” which is nothing short of spectacular a true shame it was omitted for deluxe edition buyers. Regardless an incredibly strong record. While not as mind blowing as War, it stands it’s ground, serves as a counterweight to War’s non stop fury. Demon Hunter yet again shows us their talent and range of music extends further than what meets the eye.

Just cannot get enough of this album! Truly solid from start to finish. Check out War too, obviously the heavier of the two
  • Eh

I like recuse myself, two ways, and more than bones, but the rest is eh and when the devil come has got to be their poorest song yet, it's so cheesy and cringy. I expected this album to be full of ballads and I love demon hunters ballads but honestly only 2-3 songs on here are true ballads and the rest is just mediocre pop rock. I really wish ryan Clark would just give up his pop rock attempts they're not working. Fear is not my guide was honestly the closest thing they did to a traditional ballad and it wasn't even that good. This album was a fail, give war a listen though, that one was much much better.
  • Love both new albums!

I’ve been a fan of Demon Hunter for a decade and utterly LOVE the two new albums. I’ve been waiting on these since I heard they were releasing the double albums. Glad February’s only 28 days long (at least until next year).
