A solid second album from a group who releases songs that are both modern and a portal to the days of disco and smooth beats.

I just sampled all the songs here on iTunes for JUNGLE and man this album is wonderful. I have never heard of this group and upon purchasing this album and have listened to it twice, I have to say its really melodically wonderful. Love the songs, the melodies, etc. What a wonderful group of musicians and love the story of the group. With some of the songs, if I close my eyes I can hear melodies that sound like Earth Wind and Fire.

Some good songs and some average (forgettable) songs. Hope it grows on me. So far it just seems a little....lazy!

Jungle has delivered the most creatively ambitious album of the year. They’ve mastered their sound with efficiency, groove, funk and cohesiveness.

Stoked! Can’t rate an album before it has been released but this review is based off the singles and the new tracks I heard when Jungle toured SLC during the spring. Can’t wait for the whole record! :)
